To Do

Recce, Risk Assessments, Test Shots (individual posts)

For every location
Go there - don't rely on memories or Google Street View. Take photos / videos

Find out about access. This covers permission to use the location (find out who owns it and ask them) and also the practicalities of taking all your kit and crew there.
Lighting. What would the light be like at different times of day? Can you take extra lighting? What about (making &) using reflectors? Car headlights? Torches?

Plan B, C, D... (back up plans)

Could you create extra video material for the website?
A revised synopsis of your ideas for all three products.
Call sheets - as Jake described - where they need to be & when, what they need to wear & bring, contact details for everyone involved, lifts etc.
Flat plans for digipak & website - updated from your pitch
Storyboards / Animatic

key sequences and shots definitely, even if not every shot in the full video

Shot Lists
Do one for each product
List the shots in order of location
Shooting schedule
Developed from shot lists. When will you shoot each location? What costume, props, equipment will you need? Which models? Lighting?
